Curator: “Well, I couldn’t find anything specifically about this medal but in 1908 students in Leon County competed for a gold medal in a spelling bee. It might have looked a lot like this one.”
Wanda: “Can I donate it to the museum, so you can study it more and maybe put it on display for other people to learn from it?”
Curator: “You sure can, we’d love to add it to our collection.”
Grandma: “This has been an exciting day. We’ve all learned something.”
Tiffany: “You’re right, Gramma Cindy, and I’ve learned that there’s always a lot more to learn!”
